HOERBIGER is now taking over our Piezo Products business unit, formerly part of the JOHNSON MATTHEY Group, making us part of the HOERBIGER Group. Please find more details here.

This also changes our company name from Johnson Matthey Piezo Products GmbH to होएरबिगर मोशन कंट्रोल जीएमबीएच.

Otherwise, we continue our business unchanged, nothing changes for our customers and projects, our contractual obligations and rights remain unchanged. Also our previous sales tax identification number will remain the same.
